3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, nationality, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify mega88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Account Transfers. mega88 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your account or any balance or benefit associated with it to any other person.
3.5 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal can be processed, and at mega88's discretion at any other time, you may be required to complete identity verification by providing government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time of the request may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mega88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change. mega88 will communicate any material changes to transaction limits in advance via the Platform.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements on any bonus-linked balances. mega88 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and verification status of the account.
4.4 Own Account Requirement. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to an account in the same name and via the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
4.5 Currency. The mega88 platform operates in MYR. Where a payment provider applies a currency conversion, any fees or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the player. mega88 is not responsible for costs incurred through third-party currency conversion.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by mega88 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates are stated per promotion. Games may contribute at different rates — for example, live table games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games toward meeting wagering requirements.
5.3 Abuse and Fraud. mega88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account of any player who is found to be exploiting bonuses in bad faith — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other conduct that mega88 determines, in its reasonable discretion, to constitute bonus abuse.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the mega88 platform is governed by its specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.
6.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or connectivity failure that affects game outcome or the crediting of winnings, mega88 reserves the right to void the affected game round(s). "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies. mega88 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
6.3 Insufficient Funds. Bets will only be accepted if you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the full bet amount at the time of placement. mega88 is not responsible for bets placed in error and will not extend credit under any circumstances.
6.4 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or wager, the records maintained by mega88's gaming systems shall be the primary reference. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must contact support within 24 hours of the disputed event with full details of the game, time, and your account information.

mega88's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
mega88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.1 By mega88. mega88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; account inactivity for an extended period; regulatory requirements; or any other reason that mega88 reasonably determines to necessitate suspension or closure.
11.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your mega88 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Requests will be processed within a reasonable time. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure (net of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification if not already done.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including sections on prohibited conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in mega88's licensing jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation. Complaints should first be submitted to mega88 support via the 24/7 live chat channel. mega88 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
